Consultation
Jackie & Customer will discuss the desired item/idea and any special factors to consider (i.e. plastic/yarn/felt eyes, size, color). This can be via social media messengers or through the “Contact Us” form on this website which will direct the conversation via email.
Timeline & Pricing
Jackie will confirm all details, provide a timeline to create the item, and a price. Once payment is received, the creation process can begin!
Creation
Jackie will share photos of the finished item to ensure a happy customer.
Delivery
Jackie will mail the product to the customer based on customer-agreed timeline.
